# Obter dados para criar processo a partir de uma movimentação de publicação

> Lê as colunas da movimentação (processo, tribunal, órgão, partes quando o content for estruturado) e resolve pessoas já cadastradas no escritório. Serve para pré-preencher a criação de processo sem consultar API externa. O parâmetro `id` é o ID da movimentação (`publication_movements`), o mesmo usado em PATCH /publication/read-movement/:id — não o ID da publicação. Vale para qualquer provider; o content Juridiq DJEN é mais completo que o da Solucionare. Location Solucionare (`estado - uf`) não é interpretada como tribunal/vara. Não cria nem altera registros.

    ## Rate limit


    A API aberta limita **120 requisições a cada 60s por chave**.

    Ao exceder, a resposta é `429 Too Many Requests` com os headers
    `x-ratelimit-limit`, `x-ratelimit-remaining`, `x-ratelimit-reset` e
    `retry-after`.

    Respeite o `retry-after` antes de tentar de novo. Sincronizações em lote
    devem paginar e tratar 429 com backoff.
